The Board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Case Township Community Center

Public Welcome

There are many members who help and volunteer their time and do not sit on the board of directors.
They are not listed, but are very much appreciated for all their help, and time
to make the Presque Isle County Fair a huge success!

ENTRY FEES & PROCESSEING FEES

  • Open adult classes .50 per exhibit

  • Open youth & 4-H classes including small animals .25 per exhibit

  • Open youth & 4-H large animal classes .50 per exhibit

  • All adult exhibits must be PRE REGISTERED by Monday June 14, 2010 at 4:30 pm

Mail Exhibit entries to the applicable address on the entry form.

 
JUDGING NOTE

While judging is taking place in the barns and exhibit building, they will be closed to the public, until all judging is completed.  The Fair reserves the right to pro-rate premiums if funding is not received from the State of Michigan or if receipts are insufficient to pay expenses.
JUDGING EXHIBITS AND ANIMALS BUILDINGS

All entries will be judged on Friday June 25, 2010 @ 11:00 am until finished.
All animals will be judged on Friday June 25, 2010 @ 1:00 pm until finished.
ANIMAL CHECK IN TIME

All small & large animals will be checked in on Thursday June 24, 2010 @ 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.  Please use entrance by arena.
RELEASE TIME OF ANIMALS A EXHIBITS
  • Sunday June 27, 2010 @ 3:00 pm
  • Exhibits to be checked out and signed off by clerks.
  • Animals checked out and signed off by barn superintendent.

  • NOTE: If stalls are not cleaned and approved by barn superintendent, you will forfeit your premium check.

  • No premium checks will be paid if animals leave before June 27th, 2010 @ 5:00 pm release time.
OVERNIGHT PARKING

Overnight parking is permitted in designated areas. Call Scott the Fair Manager @ (989) 733-9838


Next year fair dates for 2011 are June 25, 26, 27, & 28, always the last weekend in June!
